The lease agreement starts from 12 months all the way to 36 months.

Typical turnaround times are 10-12 weeks if not in stock or 4-6 weeks if stock is available, exact lead times will be given and agreed upon enquiry and order.

1. First install and options payment is required within 30 days from the receipt of payment and PO (this includes transport, delivery and any additional options) 
2. 12 months rental = 3 months upfront payment is required (9 monthly payments thereafter to start upon delivery of the FocusPOD™) 
3. 12 months + rental = 6 months upfront payment is required (monthly payments thereafter to start upon delivery of the FocusPOD™) 
4. Deposit payment is required within 7 days from receipt of order, invoice issued, and PO received (3 months’ rent if under 12 months duration / 6 months’ rent if over 12 months duration) 
5. Rental payment to commence from month one for the agreed rental duration and fees as per the contract, required within 30 days from receipt of invoice issued.

Focus requires at least 3 months before the end of the lease agreement to confirm an extension, as it may be allocated elsewhere.

Focus will warranty all electrics as provided on specification on delivery with a full electrical certificate (EICR). Each unit comes with first 12 months A/C will also be under warranty, for every 12-month period after this and within the rental duration will need to be maintained by the customer.

Once a POD is delivered to site and installation is complete the responsibility is that of the developer to ensure all relevant insurances and cover are in place until it is picked up by Focus at the end of the duration.

Solar panels are an optional extra and will cost £7,500 for any new manufactured units, dependant on availability, stock units may have solar panels already installed.

After the site survey, we establish location and ground conditions, if the site is suitable the FocusPOD™ will be delivered on two vehicles with HIAB and installed in one day.

Over 100 miles from FocusPOD™ storage facility or existing stock location, there will be an additional charge of £7.50 per mile.

Yes, both delivery and take away is £5k each, these are subject to surveys and locations.

This will depend on your local councils’ requirements and planning authorities and is up to the customer to check.

The developer must let Focus know no less than 1 week/5 working days prior to the agreed installation date on the contract terms if this date needs to be moved, otherwise delay fees may be incurred (depending on location and situation).

Any material defects or failures from the original specification will be covered by Focus to repair upon request throughout the rental duration, costs will only incur if defects are from, misuse, neglect, mishandling or unauthorised alteration or manipulation.

All defect issues must be on written request and Focus will respond the same day (within business working hours, 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday) and aim to make any repairs within a reasonable period agreed with the customer and dependant on type of defect and operational impact.

General wear and tear or material defects will be covered by Focus for the lease agreement. We will provide a LVT floor finish (POLYFLOR: SMOKEHOUSE 2139 HERRINGBONE LAYOUT). Alternative floors may be available on request and at cost, dependant on stock availability or requirement.

Fully fitted integrated kitchen with sink, integrated microwave, and dishwasher. Toilet includes a panelled splashback, basin with splashback and boxed in services, pipework and mirror.

It is possible but is based upon availability of stock, lead times for any adaptions required to existing FocusPOD™ units or if a new unit will need to be manufactured. This covers only the side door exit to Show Homes when positioned on a driveway between two houses. Costs may or may not apply.

All services including power water and waste will need to be provided by the developer. Final connections can be made by the site team. Use phases of the FocusPOD™ is not calculated in the LCA report.
