As part of their commitment, the Focus Agency Group commissioned an independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) by Marsh and MyCar-bon, that found the FocusPOD™ generates 69% fewer emissions than converting a double garage and 40% fewer than converting a
three-bedroom house, with a total footprint of 3,960.40 kg CO₂e per unit.
This significant reduction is achieved by evaluating the entire cradle-to-grave lifecycle, including material extraction, installation, use, and
end-of-life disposal, and highlights the FocusPOD™’s clear environ-mental credentials.
